Audrey, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, completed her studies through the International Institute for Hearing Instruments. She continued her studies becoming Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Audrey is also certified in cerumen management. She is a member of the International Hearing Aid Society and the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.

Audrey is a leading expert on “Open Ear”, RITE (Receiver In The Ear) hearing aid technologies and is a pioneer of V3 “Visual Voice Verification” utilizing Live Speech Mapping. These technologies are state-of-the-art and the most advanced digital diagnostic and programming technologies available today.

In addition to her expertise in hearing aid selection, programming, and fittings, Audrey specializes in the counseling of social and psychological effects of hearing loss for her clients, their families and loved ones, with people coming to see her from all over the Tampa Bay area.

Don, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, completed his studies through the International Institute for Hearing Instruments. He continued his studies becoming Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Don is also certified in cerumen management. He is a member of the International Hearing Aid Society and the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.

Don is an Industrial Engineer within the hearing industry and one of the pioneers and leading experts on “Open Ear-Receiver In The Canal” technologies. He was “Trainer to the Professionals” for both Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists throughout Florida. This has afforded Don a unique perspective from both the manufacturer and retail sides.


 

Amanda Kluzynski, Au.D., F-AAA, CCC-A

Amanda Kluzynski, Au.D., F-AAA, CCC-A

Dr. Kluzynski earned her Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, in Deaf Studies from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Following her time in Jacksonville, she continued her education and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of South Florida, Tampa.

As a forward-thinking and passionate individual, Dr. Kluzynski specializes in hearing evaluations, fitting of hearing devices, bone-anchored hearing devices, cerumen removal as well as tinnitus evaluations and management. By using the appropriate amplification with the latest hearing device technology, clients can experience a renewed sense of camaraderie with family and friends.

Dr. Kluzynski is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. In addition to her passion for Audiology, Dr. Kluzynski enjoys playing golf, spending time with her Labrador Retrievers and watching hockey games.

Board Certified in Audiology

Dr. Dawson brings a unique perspective to working with people who struggle with communication difficulties as a result of hearing loss and/or tinnitus. As a hearing aid user herself, she understands the importance of optimal hearing on a daily basis.

Dr. Dawson received both her undergraduate degree in Audiology and Speech Language Sciences and Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Following graduation, she accepted a clinical research position focusing on tinnitus and its management at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She is board certified by the American Board of Audiology as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).

She moved to Florida with her husband, Ryan, in 2015. When she’s not making life better for her patients, she can be found on a standup paddleboard, a bike, or running along the beach with Ryan and their two children.
